Problemi održivog razvoja, koji se odnose pre svega na urbanističko planiranje, saobraćajnu infrastrukturu i ekološke principe uređenja, uveliko su prisutni u našim najvećim gradovima. Oni se razvijaju stihijski, bez značajnijeg konsultovanja struke, a kao rezultat dobijamo prostor koji je neodrživ za život, poslovanje i kulturni razvoj uopšte. Iz tih razloga, razgovori na temu održivog razvoja su više nego neophodni u okviru šire stručne zajednice.

The exhibition and book “Drawings and Sketches in Architecture” is the culmination of a decade-long series of events centered around the gathering and dissemination of architectural drawings created by domestic artists. The show will run from June 18 at 7 p.m. at the UK “Parobrod” until July 17, Kapetan Mišina 6a, Belgrade.

STOJAN MAKSIMOVIC – BUILT TO LAST FOREWER

On Wednesday, April 3, at 19:00 in Parobrod, the Association Balkan Architectural Biennale will host a panel honoring architect Stojan Maksimović. Professor Branislav Mitrovic, architect Bojan Kovacevic, and art historian Marko Stojanović will all be speaking on the panel. One of Stojan Maksimović’s most famous quotes is “Sava Centar was built to last forever.” Thus, the character of architect Stojan Maksimović approaches it, just like his achievements.
